Job Description

Ensure the operation and maintenance of all utility-related infrastructure, such as VRF systems, cooling towers, chillers, compressed air systems, single fluid heating and cooling systems and HVAC.
Implement and execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime, as well as manage breakdown maintenance for plant equipment.
Manage utility budgets, track expenses, and implement cost-saving initiatives to enhance financial performance.
Extensive experience (often 10+ years) in utility and plant maintenance within the API or R&D plants.
To enforce safety for contract workman during maintenance activity.
Indenting all engineering related items and coordination with purchase department to procure various equipments and services from outside agencies within stipulated time.
To monitor and control the critical spares inventory and coordination with purchase department.
Handling of all safety work permits and ensuring the proper closure within the timeline
