Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Accounts Receivable & Collections:

    Monitor AR aging, drive collections, resolve billing/payment disputes.
  • Credit & Corporate Billing:

    Manage credit policies, corporate/insurance billing, and documentation.
  • Hospital Billing & Pricing:

    Ensure accurate billing, review/update price lists, monitor package rates.
  • Government Schemes:

    Handle end-to-end billing/claims for schemes, manage rejections and resubmissions, ensure compliance.
  • Audit & Compliance:

    Support audits; ensure adherence to NABH, IRDA, and scheme norms.
  • Reporting:

    Analyze revenue/receivables in Excel, prepare MIS, and track collection efficiency.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of hospital billing, govt. schemes, and pricing.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel & HIS/ERP systems.
  • Analytical, negotiation, and team leadership skills.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, or Hospital Administration.
  • 6–10 years’ experience in hospital billing/AR; 3+ years in collections or govt. scheme billing.
  • Certification in Revenue Cycle Management/Healthcare Finance preferred.
