- Initial SCAR Evaluation for the correctness of details submitted by users and Collection of all associated documents from the site.
- Site Investigation Review to understand the material defect and SCAR requirement
- Submit SCAR for review
- Share SCAR with the vendor
- Standalone SCAR initiation as needed
- Follow up with the supplier to obtain the investigation report.
2. Review of supplier investigation
3. Complaint record closure
4. Follow up with Site, SCM, warehouse & QA for sample shipment, as needed
5. Internal vendor complaint tracker maintenance
6. Tracking and closure of Vendor CAPA (triggered from vendor investigation)
7. Preparation/ Creation/ Revision of CQA-related SOP's/ Forms in DMS
8. Preparation and execution of enhancement/improvement projects.
9. Initiate and review the change notifications related to the supplier.
10. Support in annual performance review for all suppliers as per the schedule.
