Job Description

Operations Management:

Manage daily operations, planning and scheduling tasks for timely completion.
Monitor and improve workflow efficiency and productivity.
Ensure the workshop meets quality control standards and industry regulations.

Staff & Resource Management:

Lead, train, and motivate a team of technicians and support staff.
Delegate tasks effectively and conduct staff performance evaluations.
Manage workshop budgets, control costs, and monitor inventory levels.

Technical Oversight:

Oversee the maintenance of workshop equipment and tools.
Ensure the efficient management of spare parts and supplies.
Address technical challenges and provide guidance to maintenance teams.

Safety & Compliance:

Implement and enforce strict safety protocols and procedures.
Ensure the workshop environment complies with all health and safety regulations.

Client & Vendor Relations:

Serve as a point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and providing project updates.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for materials and services.

Key Skills & Qualifications

Technical Expertise:
Familiarity with workshop equipment, industry trends, and relevant software.
Leadership & Management:
Proven ability to lead teams, manage resources, and make strategic decisions.
