Job Description

As an Associate Manager - Vigilance at our dynamic team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the integrity, compliance, and security of our financial operations. Your responsibilities will include: - Conducting thorough risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities and areas of concern within the organization. - Developing and implementing strategies to mitigate identified risks, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. - Staying abreast of regulatory changes and updates affecting the fintech industry in India. - Developing and maintaining a comprehensive compliance framework, ensuring that all business activities align with legal and regulatory requirements. - Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate reporting to regulatory bodies. - Implementing robust fraud detection mechanisms to safeguard against financial fraud and misconduct. - Investigating and analyzing suspicious activities, taking appropriate actions to prevent and mitigate fraud risks. - Leading internal investigations related to fraud, misconduct, or any other vigilance-related matters. - Working closely with cross-functional teams to gather evidence, conduct interviews, and prepare reports on investigation findings. - Developing and delivering training programs to educate employees on vigilance, compliance, and ethical conduct. - Fostering a culture of awareness and adherence to ethical standards and regulatory guidelines. - Collaborating with legal, compliance, and other relevant departments to ensure a cohesive approach to risk management and vigilance. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, finance, law, or a related field. A master's degree or relevant professional certifications (e.g., Certified Fraud Examiner) will be an added advantage. - Proven experience in a vigilance, risk management, or compliance role within the financial services industry, preferably in a fintech environment. - Strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,
