As an Assurance Assistant Manager at Sikich, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing financial statement audits, guiding assigned staff, and ensuring compliance with US GAAP. Your role will involve planning, risk assessments, testing, and completion of engagements, acting as in charge of medium and complex engagements, developing time budgets, mentoring junior staff, communicating work status to senior management, and maintaining client relationships by focusing on quality and service excellence. Additionally, you will design audit approaches, supervise audit teams, attend technical training sessions, and prepare and review final reports.
