Job Description

Job Description: As an Assistant Manager in UX/UI Design, you will be instrumental in creating robust user experiences and interfaces with a focus on AI technologies. You will employ a diverse skill set particularly concentrating on UX and UI. Your role will involve close collaboration with senior designers, managers, and cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional design solutions while keeping up with industry trends. Responsibilities: Lead mid-sized UX/UI design projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables with AI elements. Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions. Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs. Maintain visual and interaction consistency in line with brand standards. Create interactive design elements to improve user engagement. Stay updated with AI trends and technologies, and incorporate relevant features into design projects. Collaborate with UX writers to ensure content is aligned with design. Assist in mentoring junior designers and oversee their work. Optimize and iterate designs based on user feedback and analytics. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field. Minimum of 6 years of experience in UX/UI design, with a well-rounded skill set including AI. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and others. Knowledge of AI technologies and their application in design. Familiarity with UX research methods and tools. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
