Job Description

Work Responsibilities: Accounts Receivable

Receivables Follow-up

Verify GRN booked at customer end and coordinate for discrepancies.
Adjust collections against bills and manage advice filing.
Prepare and follow up on Debtors Outstanding Statement.
Prepare Monthly Collection Plan.
Prepare Week-wise Collection Plan and compare with Actuals; report every Tuesday.
Prepare and submit Manual ASN for payment follow-up.
Maintain Long Pending / Issue / Issue Closed statements.
Generate Supplementary Sales Invoices and verify calculations with Supplementary Purchase Invoices.
Reconcile Sales Invoice vs RFD.
Receive and file TDS certificates quarterly.
Perform Form 26AS Reconciliation quarterly/half-yearly/annually.
Maintain Sales Invoice Files as per Sales Register.

EXPORT OBLIGATION – DGFT Responsibilities

EPCG & Export Documentation

Maintain and manage EPCG license records and support in redemption activities.
Prepare EPCG Closure documentation and submit invoice/BOE/BRC details to consultant.
Coordinate with Clearing & Forwarding Agents; collect export documents and verify scroll numbers.

Documentation & File Management

Maintain Export Invoice files including Invoice, BOE, BRC, and related statutory documents.
Generate RoDTEP certificate/script online.
Update and monitor RoDTEP Excel Tracker to ensure utilization before expiry.
Ensure ERP entries are updated for RoDTEP benefits.
Adjust received RoDTEP certificates/licenses with import duty payments or sale of license (Excel & ERP).

Compliance & Statutory Requirements

Maintain all statutory notices and coordinate follow-up and closure with internal/external teams.
