Ensure compliance with all US & International (under operation) tax laws and regulations. Conduct regular reviews of tax processes and procedures to identify areas for improvement. Manage tax audits and correspondence with tax authorities. Provide guidance on tax implications of business decisions and transactions. Maintain accurate records of tax filings and related documentation and reconciliation with accounting records. Prepare and review tax provisions and financial statements. Stay updated on changes in tax legislation and regulations. Coordinate with external tax advisors and auditors as needed. Assist in developing and implementing tax planning strategies. Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in tax compliance and planning. Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local tax regulations ( Preferred)
