Role & responsibilities

Track orders and ensure timely delivery Create purchase orders to Suppliers (Locally & Imports)

In addition, He must develop purchasing strategies, maintain positive supplier relationships, evaluate their performance regularly, and actively coordinate with internal teams to ensure their supply needs are met.

His responsibilities include evaluating vendors, negotiating contracts and preparing reports (e.g. on orders and costs.) For this role, you should have good knowledge of market research, along with solid analytical skills to make sure youre identifying the most profitable offers.

Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and New Suppliers. Address our requirement promptly, resolve any technical issues, and ensure a best options for the company.

Review quality of purchased products, Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases, Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices

Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed, Coordinate with warehouse team to ensure proper storage

Work closely with the Logistics & Warehouse team to ensure best Inventory management and warehouse practices
