Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Oversee
end-to-end supply chain operations
including procurement, logistics, warehousing, and distribution.
Develop and implement
supply chain strategies
to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service levels.
Manage
vendor sourcing, negotiations, and relationship building
for reliable and cost-effective procurement.
Monitor and optimize
inventory management
using forecasting, JIT, and automated replenishment methods.
Ensure smooth coordination between
cross-functional teams (operations, finance, sales, projects)
.
Implement and track
KPIs for supply chain performance
(cost savings, lead time, vendor performance, OTIF delivery).
Drive
risk management initiatives
to mitigate supply chain disruptions.
Ensure compliance with
company policies, contractual obligations, and statutory requirements
.
Support digital transformation by leveraging
ERP, SAP MM, WMS, or e-procurement tools
.
Mentor and guide team members to build a high-performance supply chain team.

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of
supply chain processes, procurement, vendor management, logistics, and contracts
.
Proficiency in
SAP MM / ERP systems, WMS, and MS Office
.
Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage
multiple stakeholders and cross-functional collaboration
.
Strong leadership and people management capabilities.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in
Engineering / Supply Chain / Business Administration / related field
