The role involves coordinating cross-functionally with IT, Operations, and servicing teams to ensure projects have updated data for card activation. Responsibilities include: - Managing timely data distribution - Tracking channel performance for card activation improvement - Creating and managing data views for reporting - Understanding challenges faced by teams in card retention - Being a point of contact for departments regarding card activation issues - Managing the LMS tool for card activation - Collaborating with the marketing team to increase spend by active customers The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, adept at multitasking, and a team player. Participation in the development of functionality through documentation authoring and demos is also required.
