Assistant Manager/ Sr Executive HR

Role Overview: As a Recruitment Coordinator in our Real Estate organization based in Mumbai, your primary responsibility will be to participate in various recruitment activities to ensure an efficient, effective, and equitable recruitment process. You will be tasked with closing all open positions within pre-decided timelines. Your role will involve preparing job advertisements, web postings, and specifications for external recruitment agencies in alignment with our recruitment standards and business needs. Additionally, you will be responsible for responding to candidate and agency enquiries, scheduling and conducting interviews, checking references, selecting candidates, and providing feedback to unsuccessful applicants. Furthermore, you will play a crucial role in preparing offer letters for successful candidates based on agreed job specifications.
