This position primarily supports sales through specification efforts and by providing application insight, sharing market knowledge and product expertise, supporting training and joint account development initiatives. The industry manager shall be responsible for specifying the Company products and solutions at the identified industry and leading OEM Accounts. Identify, design, and develop applications using the company products and customized solutions for the industry in support of solution selling and business development. Work with sales and the Industry Head to develop new accounts and relationships, as well as maintain existing relationships. Develop and implement a market-specific tactical action plan for growth of assigned Industry. Meet with customers channel partners, if required, identify opportunities and collect critical information for expanding our business relationships and opportunities with them. Develop solution-based opportunities for the company products. Contribute to and build on existing actions plans targeted at key customers related to that particular industry. Assist with implementation of new programs and products in assigned and objective accounts. Plan strategy direction for machine manufacturers. Qualification: BE/ B.Tech/ Diploma Experience: 6-8 yrs with minimum 3 years in the similar industry segment. Knowledge Skills: Through understanding of the cycle and process involved in successfully win business in the industry. Be an effective communicator with all levels within the organization both written and verbally.
