Assistant Manager Social Media (Immediate On-Site At Greater Noida)

In this role, you willindependentlydevelop and execute the social media content and strategy aimed at increasing brand awareness, generating leads, and driving engagement across various platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Independently create engaging, high-quality content for social media platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter

• Develop and implement a data-driven social media strategy aligned with our overall marketing objectives
• Manage and schedule content calendars for social media
• Monitor and analyse social media performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed.
• Identify and implement social media trends and best practices
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and other departments to ensure consistent brand messaging
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and tools

Skills:

• Strong understanding of major social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.)
• Strong visual and creative skills
• Ability to create visually appealing designs along with content
• Knowledge of typography, colour theory, and layout design
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to create and execute social media strategies
• Experience with social media analytics and performance metrics
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications:

• Must

  have a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field (preferred)

• Must

  have 2+ years of experience in social media marketing

• Proven track record ofindependentlydeveloping and executing successful social media campaigns

• Must have Proficiency in Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or other similar Tools
• Strong understanding of design principles and best practices
• Must have experience with social media analytics tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
