Job Description

Key Responsibilities (Digital Marketing Expert)

1. SEO (Search Engine Optimization)

  • Execute end-to-end SEO strategies including On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO.
  • Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap identification.
  • Optimize blogs, landing pages, and service pages for ranking.
  • Improve organic traffic using link-building, schema markup, and site audits.
  • Collaborate with the development team to fix technical SEO issues.

2. Performance Marketing (Google Ads + Meta Ads)

  • Set up and manage Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max).
  • Run Meta Ads for lead generation, engagement, and retargeting.
  • Create ad copy, creative briefs, and campaign structures.
  • Monitor CPC, CPA, ROAS, and lead quality KPIs.
  • Optimize campaigns using A/B testing, keyword refinement, and budget adjustments.

3. Social Media Strategy

  • Administrate company social media pages and ad placements.
  • Coordinate content calendars for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-quality graphics and videos.

4. Content & Funnel Strategy

  • Create SEO briefs, landing pages, and ad copy.
  • Build funnels for lead capture, email automation, and follow-ups.
  • Implement retargeting and remarketing workflows.

5. Reporting & Analytics

  • Track performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, Ads Manager, Meta Dashboard.
  • Build weekly and monthly marketing performance reports.
  • Provide insights, recommendations, and actionable improvements.

6. Client Communication (Bonus)

  • Join client calls, explain marketing results, and propose optimizations.
  • Contribute to client marketing strategy when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have Skills

  • Strong understanding of SEO (On-Page, Off-Page, Technical).
  • Experience running

    Google Ads and Meta Ads

  • Knowledge of analytics platforms: Google Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager.
  • Strong keyword research and competitor analysis abilities.
  • Ability to create content strategies and landing page SEO structures.
  • Strong communication and reporting skills.

Good-to-Have Skills

  • Knowledge of LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads.
  • Experience with email marketing and automation tools.
  • Understanding of WordPress, Shopify, or Webflow.
  • Creative understanding of ad creatives and hooks.
  • Basic knowledge of Canva or Figma.
