Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for the following: - Experience in handling laser cutting machines (Fiber laser/Press brake / Turret Punch) - Provide techno-commercial support to the team along with handling installation & maintenance activities as per schedule - Create a strategy to improve business from existing and untapped customers - Maintain & update all technical documents, checklist, service manuals for all principals - Liaison with principal for all critical service issues - Promote the sale of recommended spare parts, AMC, preventive maintenance contracts & refurbishing of old machines etc - Maintain & improve service quality parameters,
