Key responsibilities

Identification and qualification of Sources for new API and excipients.
Arrange the alternate source samples of Excipients & API along with working standards, Impurities, Specification, COA and MOA.
Arranging Pre-requisite documents and sharing the same with CFTs for Initiating the AVD project.
Follow up with vendors for getting required technical documents.
Check and raise request for vendor/manufacturer code creation.
Create quality info Record and follow up with VQA team for AVL updating.
Raise Purchase order for development qty. & validation/EB batch qty.
On receipt of material requirements, quantities to be planned from commercial stock for existing API & excipients through Commercial Planning team for material sparing.
Coordinate with vendors to arrange the DMF and vendor qualification documents required for approved vendor list update.
Follow up with vendors and QA team for the sign off Technical Agreement for the APIs being procured for exhibit batches.
Coordinating with vendors to fulfill the ANDA filing requirements for exhibit batches.
Coordinating with CFT teams for vendor qualification and approval.
Follow up for the materials to ensure timely deliveries and co-ordinate with Logistic team for the custom clearance in case of import materials.
Co-ordinate with Stores Team for GRN posting and submission of Original Invoice to Finance team.
Raise the Advance payment request and once approved, follow up for the release of the same.
Follow up for vendor payment release with Finance team.
