Assistant Manager (Sales & Marketing)- Long Shelf Life Products

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to lead our Sales & Marketing team for Long Shelf Life products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.

Role & responsibilities

• Lead a team of Sales Executives to achieve sales targets
• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies for Long Shelf Life products
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify business opportunities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products and promotions
• Manage and monitor sales performance, providing coaching and guidance to team members

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum 6-8 years of experience in sales or marketing in the Dairy, FMCG, or Food Products industry
• 2-wheeler with a valid driving license is a must
