Job Description

Job Description: FEED & Sales Coordination To coordinate with the back-office team and sales officials, acting as the single point of contact for the Reporting Manager (RM) on a daily basis regarding Sales and Marketing activities. This will include the following tasks: To coordinate with the Sales team and FEED team for offer preparation. To discuss with the FEED team on a regular basis regarding the technical tracker, keeping track of all ongoing enquiries, and ensuring it is updated for the respective sales person. To address any queries in an enquiry by discussing them with the FEED team, then informing the respective sales official to ensure clarification with clients within the stipulated timeframe. To provide necessary clarifications to the FEED team by coordinating with sales officials. To ensure that offers are submitted to clients on time. To coordinate with back-office sales team to prepare a list of exhibitions for the entire year and report it to the RM. To coordinate with the back-office sales team to ensure all exhibition-related activities, such as booth selection, payments to organizers, booth fabrication, poster preparation, and logistics, are completed at least one month in advance for domestic exhibitions and two months in advance for export exhibitions. To coordinate with the Admin department for travel-related arrangements for the RM and sales officials, such as airfare, visas, and accommodation, ensuring everything is planned at least two weeks in advance. To coordinate with the back-office team and ensure that monthly reports (such as stock reports, inquiry trackers, CSR, and others) are prepared on time and submitted to the RM/Management on or before the established deadlines. To monitor the Zoho CRM of each sales individual on a daily basis. To coordinate with the back-office team and ensure that courier gift items are ready, fully packed, and prepared to be handed over to the logistics team for further processing on or before the set deadline. To coordinate with clients in the absence of the sales official or RM, keeping them updated on their requirements. To follow up with sales officials and clients for payments and retention. To ensure that reporting manager is kept updated on the progress of inquiries and order booking. Subordinate Management To prepare the job description and performance KRA for each position and employee, respectively. To estimate workload based on targets and company objectives, and manpower planning to be done for the department of sales and marketing and estimation. To develop and follow up a training plan for all the team members as per their strengths and areas of improvement. To mentor the team members for better performance and efficiency. To follow-up and review the progress of each members as per the JD and performance KRA. To suggest effective changes in the team to achieve goals.
