Assistant Manager - Safety

As a Safety Manager at our company, your role will involve providing exceptional levels of company safety guidelines and understanding & representing the company. You will be responsible for managing and scheduling Contractor safety staff to ensure adequate Safety coverage of all construction activities. Your key responsibilities will include collaborating with all business partners, contractors, and vendors to demonstrably install training programs. It is essential to have sound knowledge & understanding of Indian Statutory health and safety guidelines. Your day-to-day tasks will include scheduling pre-event meeting(s) with all contractors to review all safety requirements, communication planning needs, and planning for all aspects of a safe event. Additionally, you will be facilitating training for employees in safe work practices for newly hired or refresher training sessions. Another crucial aspect of your role will involve performing safety inspections, preparing written reports of findings, and recommendations for corrective or preventative measures.
