As the Growth Marketing Manager, your role will involve owning end-to-end tasks related to campaign execution and performance analysis. Here is a breakdown of your Role & Responsibilities: - Take ownership of coupon campaign execution, including setup, tracking, and performance analysis. - Support campaign execution across SMS, Push Notifications, Email, and other engagement channels. - Manage wallet upload campaigns to drive transactions and increase customer engagement. - Prepare detailed campaign constructs for new experiments, Go-To-Market plans, and execution roadmaps. - Assist with business performance metrics like order projections, performance reporting, and budget tracking. - Strategize and run growth campaigns focused on both Dormant and Active user segments. - Monitor and analyze conversion and engagement metrics to measure campaign effectiveness. - Lead and manage a small team of 12 people while collaborating effectively with cross-functional stakeholders. As a successful Growth Marketing Manager, your Key Success Metrics will be: - Improvement in customer retention rates and repeat purchase frequency. - Growth in dormant user reactivation and engagement of active cohorts. - ROI delivered on campaigns, accuracy of order projections, and budget control. - Campaign performance uplift through A/B testing and segmentation strategies. Qualifications Required: - Strong ownership mindset with the ability to take responsibility for end-to-end tasks and outcomes. - Experience of working in a mobile-first company with an app-driven customer base. - Deep understanding of Customer Lifecycle Management, user segmentation, and engagement journeys. - Hands-on experience with Marketing Automation and Analytics tools. - Excellent data analysis skills and ability to drive proactive, data-driven decision-making. - Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. - Excellent communication, analytical, and presentation skills. - Basic knowledge of SQL (good-to-have). - Ability to lead and manage a small team effectively.
