Assistant Manager Restaurant

As an Assistant Manager - Outlet at Grand Hyatt Kochi, you will play a key role in supporting the department's operations in alignment with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards. Your primary focus will be on meeting the expectations of employees, guests, and owners while ensuring the efficient and successful functioning of the assigned outlet. Working closely with the Outlet Manager, you will contribute to managing the outlet as a profitable center that operates independently, following the outlet's operating concept and Hyatt International standards. Your responsibilities will include maximizing guest satisfaction, maintaining operations within budget constraints, and actively contributing to the outlet's financial success. To excel in this role, you should ideally possess a relevant degree, apprenticeship, or diploma in Hospitality or restaurant management. Additionally, a minimum of 2 years of work experience as an Assistant Outlet Manager, Team Leader, or Captain in a hotel or large restaurant with high standards is preferred.
