Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of AM Research and Development in Saykha, Gujarat. The ideal candidate should have 4-10 years of experience in R&D.

Roles and Responsibility

Plan, set up, monitor, and work on chemical reactions independently.
Monitor progress using standard methods and analytical techniques such as TLC, GC, HPLC, and LCMS.
Isolate products and optimize reaction conditions for improved yields.
Purify compounds through chromatography, distillation, and crystallization.
Characterize and identify compounds using UV, IR, NMR, LCMS, and GCMS.
Ensure parallel execution of multiple reactions conducted by self and the team.
Scale up R&D developed products to kg scale and transfer technology to pilot plant.
Troubleshoot issues for successful execution, notifying the supervisor accordingly.

Job Requirements

MSc in Organic Chemistry with a first-class degree.
Minimum 4 years of experience in R&D.
Strong knowledge of research and development principles, including UPLC, HPLC, and GC.
Experience in analytical development lab (ADL) is desirable.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
