Job Description


We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Manager / Manager to lead and manage our team effectively while driving process improvements and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will oversee a team responsible for conducting in-depth research, data validation, and analysis to ensure the highest quality of information on our platform. This role requires strong leadership skills to motivate and mentor team members, optimize workflows, and achieve strategic objectives efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, supervise, and inspire a team of researchers and analysts to consistently meet deadlines, quality benchmarks, and productivity targets.
  • Manage day-to-day team operations, ensuring smooth task delegation and balanced workload distribution to maximize efficiency.
  • Develop, implement, and continuously optimize processes to improve data accuracy, team productivity, and client satisfaction.
  • Conduct thorough research, gather, and validate critical data to maintain 100% accuracy on the platform.
  • Analyze and interpret data trends and insights to support business strategy and identify growth opportunities.
  • Coordinate closely with technical teams and other departments to ensure seamless communication and alignment on client requirements.
  • Handle client escalations professionally, ensuring quick resolution while maintaining a positive client experience.
  • Provide ongoing training, coaching, and performance feedback to team members to foster skill development and career growth.
  • Monitor team performance through regular reviews and metrics, proactively addressing any issues or bottlenecks.
  • Promote a collaborative, positive work environment by resolving conflicts and encouraging open communication.
  • Utilize advanced Excel skills for data management, analysis, and reporting to support decision-making.
  • Follow established guidelines while continuously recommending and implementing improvements to existing workflows.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in team leadership and managing a team to deliver high-quality results.
  • Strong proficiency in online research techniques and tools, particularly Google/ AI
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of managing client relationships and internal collaboration.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, along with Word and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and logical reasoning.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and manage time in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in driving process improvements and operational efficiencies.
  • Client-handling experience and ability to manage escalations with a focus on resolution and satisfaction.
