As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will be responsible for handling recruitment activities on a national scale through various vendors. Your main focus will be on managing the entire recruitment cycle for candidates sourced from these vendors. This includes sourcing resumes, scheduling interviews in alignment with the vendors, and meeting the defined timeline and targets. Additionally, part of your role will involve creating new vendor relationships according to specified terms and conducting salary negotiations with potential candidates. You will also be in charge of collecting all necessary documents from new hires and ensuring a seamless process leading up to the candidate's onboarding.
