Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Manage the Record to Report (RTR) process, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Prepare journal entries, general ledger reconciliations, and balance sheet reconciliations for fixed assets.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve accounting discrepancies and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Analyze data from various systems to identify trends and areas for improvement in the RTR process.

Job Requirements :

  • 6-10 years of experience in Record to Report (RTR) or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of general ledger, intercompany reconciliation, journal entries, and balance sheet reconciliation.
  • Proficiency in preparing complex financial reports using ERP systems such as [insert system name].
