Job Description

Design, develop, and validate
PCBA circuits
for Battery Management Systems (BMS), protection modules, and charging interfaces.
Develop
firmware for STM32 microcontrollers
, focusing on communication, protection, and control functions.
Design and test
power electronics systems
including DC-DC converters, relay control, and protection logic.
Work on
system integration
of key components
chargers, DC-DC converters, auxiliary batteries, and wiring harnesses
.
Prepare
schematics, wiring layouts, and harness drawings
in coordination with mechanical and production teams.
Conduct
hardware testing, debugging, and validation
of embedded and power circuits.
Support
prototype to production transition
, including DFM (Design for Manufacturing) and quality improvement initiatives.
Collaborate cross-functionally with design, software, and manufacturing teams for end-to-end EV system solutions.
Evaluate and qualify electronic components and suppliers for EV-grade reliability.
Troubleshoot failures in electronic sub-systems and perform root cause analysis.
