Job Description

Role & responsibilities 1.Ensuring No parts are rejected by customers. 2.Ensuring No rejection of supplier parts at TTR receipt / production lines. 3.TR plant is certified to IATF 16949. 4.Process Audit to be carried out as per plan & NC's to be closed on time. 5.Ensure On time closure of Process audit NC's. 6.All the activities to be effectively implemented as per TQM promotion plan. 7.Warranty targets of respective customers to be met. 8.Customer Complaint Management. -Register Customer complaints. -Form CFT to Analyze and initiate corrective and preventive Actions. -Initiate process audits & mistake proofing methods. -Maintain effective Customer Relationship Management. -IN ORDER TO Control customer returns (Rejects). -Ensure no customer escalations due to poor response on customer complaints. 9. Ensure QMS Training & culture building through QCC. 10.Ensure Process adherance as per CP/SOP. 11.Ensure No customer complaint due to process non complainces. 12. Ensure CSR Compliance for all customers. 13. Ensure no line stoppage due to Child parts Issues. Preferred candidate profile Education : BE in Mechanical Engineering with Min 7 years relevant experience OR DME with 10 years relevant experience. Perks and benefits Canteen
