Key Responsibilities:
1. Daily Operations Management: Assist in managing day-to-day operations of QSR/Food Court.
2. Relieving Manager: Assume duties and responsibilities of QSR/Food Court Manager in their absence.
3. Performance Monitoring: Analyze sales, cost, quality, service standards, cleanliness, guest satisfaction, marketing, and PR.
4. Employee Relationships: Establish and maintain effective employee and inter-departmental working relationships.
5. Administrative Tasks: Assist in keeping updated files on restaurant matters.
6. Meetings and Briefings: Conduct daily briefings and other meetings as needed.
7. Inventory Management: Monitor stocks of food, beverages, materials, and equipment.
8. Competitor Analysis: Monitor local competitors and compare operations.
Requirements:
1. Experience: 2-7 years in QSR, Food Court, or restaurant industry.
2. Education: Graduation required.
3. Industry Background: Candidates from QSR, Food Court, restaurant, or similar industry (Food, Beverage & Hospitality) preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
