Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Objectives/Purpose of the role

To support supply chain manager on day-to-day activities on purchase functions.

Maintaining all purchase records in SharePoint, Slowly involving in capex purchase activity.

Key Areas of Responsibility

Responsible for preparation of purchase documents as per purchase process.
Responsible for generating the PO in DAX and get the approval from respective managers.
Responsible for keeping the all purchase records as per purchase process.
Responsible for involving in negotiation of engineering spares purchases.
Expediting the deliveries of all ordered materials.
Ensuring seamless despatch from vendors.
Working with factory maintenance managers to understand the spares requirements.
Developing new vendors for factory spares support.

Preferred candidate profile

BTech in Mechanical having 5-8 years of experience in CAPEX Purchase.
