Description
As an Assistant Manager - Projects at Bunge, located in Kandla, Gujarat, India, your role will involve independently leading project execution on-site and managing stakeholders to ensure successful completion of project deliverables. **Key Responsibilities:** - Ensure safe execution of all project construction activities by collaborating with the plant and other safety teams to finalize safe working methods. - Independently lead project execution to fulfill project scope within specified timelines and budget. - Track progress of each project against goals, objectives, approved budgets, and timelines. Report status and variances, create and track action plans, and report monthly cash flow forecast and variances to the Project Manager. - Prepare hazard identification mechanisms, risk analysis, method statements, and implement risk mitigation and contingency plans. - Review and work with various technical drawings like PFDs, P&I diagrams, AutoCAD diagrams, Civil & Architectural Drawings, and Structural drawings. - Collaborate with procurement and user teams for the procurement of the right set of equipment and related items. - Assist the Project Manager in preparing project cost estimations, schedules, and scope documents. - Implement BPS Project Management Pillar related requirements and take charge of a few deliverables independently. **Qualifications Required:** - Knowledge of safety practices in construction and project management processes & activities. - Skill to plan and execute project scope activities. - Proficiency in MS Office (especially MS Projects), AutoCAD, and SAP. - Knowledge of the edible oil industry will be preferable. - Experience: B.Tech in Mech / Elect / Chem with 5-6 years of experience in Project Management and execution.
