Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Support and optimize existing automated production lines (molding, painting, assembly) for cycle time, quality, and efficiency.
Program, modify, and debug
PLCs (Siemens, Omron, Mitsubishi)
and
Robots (Fanuc, Yaskawa, ABB)
.
Lead introduction of new equipment, jigs, fixtures, poke-yoke, and in-line testing systems.
Support New Product Introduction (NPI) through process setup, trials, and SOP finalization.
Ensure
First Time Right
approach using PFMEA, CP, MSA, and line validation.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams for layout planning, line balancing, and automation upgrades.
Implement
Jidoka, Jikoutei Kanketsu (JKK)
and
in-built quality
systems in production.
Support traceability and Industry 4.0 / Smart Manufacturing initiatives.
