We are inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager,Power platform Consultant

In this role,you will be responsible for driving digital transformation for automation, enhancing operational efficiency and improving customer experience. You will play a crucial part in designing and implementing scalable, user-centric applications and automations.

Responsibilities:

• 
  

  Architect and develop end-to-end solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate Desktop).

• 
  

  Design intuitive, responsive and secure applications with the ability to automate data extraction.

• 
  

  Implementation of Workflow based approval mechanism.

• 
  

  Work closely with business analysts and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

• 
  

  Lead design workshops and solution walkthrough with stakeholders.

• 
  

  Build reusable components and scalable workflows.

• 
  

  Implement best practice in coding, testing and deployment.

• 
  

  Provide technical leadership to junior developers and external partners.

• 
  

  Monitor application performance and user feedback to drive iterative enhancements.

Qualification we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

• 
  

  Bachelor&rsquos degree in computer science, Information Technology or master&rsquos degree in research, statistics, math, economics, or related analytical discipline.

• 
  

  Good years of experience as a Power Platform Developer.

• 
  

  Working experience in Power Automate Desktop (RPA) Development.

• 
  

  Excellent communication skills, both written and oral. Must be fluent in English (and any language if specifically identified in the position).

• 
  

  Highly customer service and quality-oriented mindset

• 
  

  Proficient research, analytical and problem-solving skills.

• 
  

  Continuous improvement mindset.

• 
  

  Good knowledge of MS Office Tools.

• 
  

  Structured approach to effectively and efficiently planning own workload.

  Team oriented person who can focus on the details.

Preferred Qualifications

• 
  

  Microsoft certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert.

• 
  

  Working knowledge of SAP.

• 
  

  Expert knowledge of Power Automate and Dataverse.

• 
  

  Ability to build relationships and work cross-functionally with business partners, and present to business leadership.

• 
  

  Knowledgeable in Power BI and other reporting tools
