Assistant Manager - Plant Safety HSE

As an Assistant Manager- HSE at Siegwerk in Bhiwadi, you will play a crucial role in implementing and managing safety and environment processes in alignment with statutory regulations and Siegwerk Corporate standards. Your responsibilities will include traveling to various locations across India, ensuring the implementation of safety guidelines, and maintaining plant safety guidelines. Additionally, you will be required to have a minimum qualification of Any Engineering Diploma/Degree or Diploma in Industrial Safety from a technical board and possess a minimum of 5-6 years of experience in the chemical or paint/ink industry. Your main tasks will involve ensuring the implementation of best safety practices, maintaining safety installations and machinery, and compliance with statutory and corporate norms. You will conduct daily safety inspections, monitor the use of personal protective equipment (PPE), and take corrective actions where necessary. Moreover, you will support the 5S Coordinator in implementing 5S and Kaizen activities and collaborate with external working agencies to meet safety requirements. In case of workplace accidents or incidents, you will be responsible for investigating root causes, recommending preventive measures, and managing the incident reporting process. Additionally, you will conduct training programs for employees on various safety aspects such as compliance, hazardous material handling, emergency response, and fire safety. Furthermore, you will assist the Safety In-charge in reporting HSE Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as per corporate guidelines.
