Roles & Responsibilities

  • SAP Knowledge in PP module is Mandatory
  • Material & Capacity Planning
  • Inventory Management
  • Manufacturing Process Knowledge
  • Proficient in MIS reports
  • Order conversion chaser to deliver, within the set lead time
  • Set the Delivery Base line & Planned delivery date, within set lead time
  • Material planning, keeping the planned orders lead time & inventory control
  • Set the Daily, Monthly plan to SCM, Stores, Value streams
  • Split the weekly demand plan 
  • Set the JDI to chase output and raise “Red flag” for failure
  • Plan V/s actuals data consolidation 
  • Weekly Gap analysis and set the root cause 
  • Adress the S&Op for delivery commitment
  • Release the Value Stream performance on OTD, DDP & Order fulfilment.
