ASSISTANT MANAGER - OUTLET

As an Assistant Manager - Outlet at our company, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of the department in alignment with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards. Your primary focus will be on meeting the expectations of employees, guests, and owners. You will work closely with the Outlet Manager to manage the assigned outlet as an independent profit center, adhering to the outlet's operating concept and Hyatt International standards. Your goal will be to achieve maximum guest satisfaction while staying within budget to contribute to the financial success of the outlet.
