As an Assistant Manager Financial Reporting in Finance & Accounts at Vasa Denticity Limited, Chhatarpur, your role will involve managing monthly book closures, preparing MIS reports, overseeing daily accounting operations, and ensuring compliance with basic GST & TDS requirements. Your work will require strong technical knowledge, accuracy, and the ability to support decision-making through reliable financial data. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closures. - Prepare and post accruals, provisions, depreciation, and other necessary adjustments. - Reconcile ledgers and validate trial balances with supporting documentation. - Prepare and present monthly MIS reports, including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow. - Analyze variances between actuals and budgets; provide actionable insights. - Support budgeting and forecasting with accurate financial inputs. - Oversee journal entries, ledger maintenance, and bank reconciliations. - Assist in preparing and filing GST and TDS returns in a timely manner. - Ensure compliance with applicable tax laws and maintain proper records for audits. Qualifications & Skills: - Minimum Qualification: Semi-Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA-Inter) or equivalent. - 3-5 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance operations. - Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, GST, and TDS provisions. - Proficiency in Zoho and MS Excel. - Analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work within deadlines. - Strong communication and coordination skills.
