Assistant Manager - MIS We are currently seeking an Assistant Manager Clinical Data Analyst to support a growing client base. We require a combination of skills with MS Office, Excel VBA, Access, Python & SQL expertise for data analytics . The Assistant Manager Clinical Data Analyst is a key member of the MIS team, as well a contributor to the client team, and works closely with the clients internal and onshore. The Assistant Manager Clinical Data Analyst is responsible for generating reports (daily, weekly, and monthly) and creating applications for our internal and external clients, create and present power point presentations based on the requirement. The Assistant Manager Clinical Data Analyst also assists in providing data from tools such as SQL and provide key analysis based on program trends. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Collecting and interpreting data. Analyzing results. Reporting the results back to the relevant members of the business. Identifying patterns and trends in data sets. Working alongside teams within the business or the management team to establish business needs. Defining new data collection and analysis processes. Monitoring employee performance and providing feedback to help improve performance over time. Working with IT staff to ensure that data is backed up regularly and stored securely in case of computer crashes or natural disasters. Ensuring that company policies are followed, and operational procedures are in place to avoid security breaches or other problems. Reviewing current processes and recommending improvements to increase efficiency or prevent future problems. Analyzing data to identify trends or patterns that could indicate problems within the organization. Providing training to employees on new technologies or processes to increase productivity or efficiency. Developing plans for the use of technology to support business operations. Identify emerging software and applications to be assimilated, integrated, and introduced within the company. Understand and anticipate the needs and requirements of the business to ensure that software and services contribute to business outcomes. Develop and establish operating policies and procedures to ensure the adequate implementation of the Management Information Systems. Demonstrate excellent trouble-shooting skills and resolve deployment and environmental issues to closure. RELEVANT EXPERIENCE & EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS Education: A minimum of a bachelors degree Training & Experience: At least four to five years of MIS related experience and exposure in a people management role. Experience in US healthcare would be beneficial. Certifications & Licenses: Certifications in MS Office, SQL, Python and allied software SKILLS & COMPETENCIES Ability to learn new technologies, frameworks, and architectures. At least 4 to 10 years of MIS related work experience with people management experience Experience defining process and standards. Experience leading implementations, operations and people management. Experience in troubleshooting deployments/root cause analysis. Ability to strategize, plan, and implement change and realize value and ROI. Excellent organizational skills, effective time management, the ability to work independently, excellent attention to detail, positive client service attitude, the ability to multitask, and the ability to be flexible with changing priorities. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Outstanding ability in managing and monitoring business operations. Strong hands-on management, leadership, coaching, and people management skills Ability to foster effective working relationships and build consensus. Ability to interact with a variety of users and senior management. JOB DEMANDS Ability to work seated at a computer for long periods of time. Candidate should be ready to work in different shifts, including night shift.
