Job Description The Project MEP role at Birla Estate in Pune within the Real Estate industry requires a skilled professional with 8 years of experience to oversee and manage Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient operations and maintenance of MEP systems in our real estate projects. Role & responsibilities Manage and supervise the installation, maintenance, and repair of MEP systems in real estate projects. Ensure compliance with local regulations and safety standards in all MEP operations. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to design and implement MEP systems. Perform regular inspections and quality checks on MEP installations to identify and resolve issues promptly. Develop cost estimates and budgets for MEP projects and monitor expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness. Provide technical guidance and support to project teams and maintenance staff on MEP systems. Implement energy-efficient solutions and sustainable practices in MEP systems to support Birla's environmental initiatives. Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements in MEP systems for continuous improvement. Prepare reports, documentation, and presentations related to MEP projects for internal and external stakeholders. Lead and mentor junior MEP team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in the field. Preferred candidate profile Behavioural Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills.
