Role Summary:

Lead policy configurations and health insurance claims operations, including internal IR handling, CRM/account management tickets, and policy document rechecks ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely closures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Policy configuration as per insurer/client guidelines
  
• Handle Internal IR and CRM/Account Management tickets within TAT
  
• Recheck and validate policy documents; ensure accurate setup
  
• Support end-to-end claims processing and quality reviews
  
• Coordinate with stakeholders; maintain MIS and audit readiness
  

Eligibility:

• Mandatory: Minimum 5 years TPA experience
  
• Mandatory medical background: BDS, BPT, BAMS, BUMS, BHMS, Pharmacy, Nursing, Biochemistry, Microbiology, or any Allied Science degree (or equivalent medical knowledge)
  

Skills & Competencies

• End-to-end health insurance claims knowledge (cashless/reimbursement)
  
• Policy wording interpretation, benefit verification
  
• Exposure to retail/private insurance (advantage)
  
• Quality/TAT management, stakeholder management, escalation handling
  
• Tools: MS Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot), CRM/ticketing systems, TPA portals
