Job overview:

Assistant Manager Marketing is responsible for overseeing marketing process and efforts. His/her key responsibilities includes planning, budgeting, developing and executing marketing strategy. The Assistant manager should be equally proficient with day-to-day marketing activities and strive under tight deadlines to meet the company's changing needs.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Develop and implement marketing strategy align with company goals and targets.
  • Develop and take approval on marketing budget.
  • Develop comprehensive marketing plan adhering to the budget and aligned with latest marketing campaign trends.
  • Market survey, analysis & Feasibility Report.
  • Work with internal team understand the project details and to develop customer personas.
  • Oversee execution of campaigns as per the plan. Review and monitor enquiry quality with respect to customer personas.
  • Plan and executive Brand building activities aligned with company Vision, Mission & Goals.
  • Planning & execution of Project launches.
  • Provide inputs in product development, packaging, pricing and positioning.
  • Prepare and present presentation on ongoing marketing efforts.
  • Campaign review with digital & sales team.
  • Media planning for effectiveness and maximize ROI
  • Inter departmental coordination & planning for new project launch (Legal, Liaising, CRM, Sales, and Finance & Marketing).
  • Coordinating with architects in line with project marketing collaterals (materials used its colour for the theme of project)
  • Manage and get maximum output from marketing and advertisement partners.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about the various development across the city, real estate trends, property values and competitors to provide valuable insights to clients.
  • Facility Management at all marketing offices.
  • Report: Present regular marketing target achievement and performance metrics for periodic review.
  • Review and update project related task allocated in the KNS Portal.

Qualifications

  • Graduate in any Discipline/ MBA in Marketing.
  • 5 to 15 years of Experience in Real Estate/Plotted Development Sale.

  • Negotiation.
  • Basic MS Excel and MS Word skills.
  • Knowledge on marketing tool preferred.
  • Social Media Marketing.

  • Excellent Spoken & Written English, Kannada & Hindi Languages.
  • Excellent verbal communication, and the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
  • Basic Problem -solving abilities.
  • Excellent time management.

  • Ability to work against deadlines.
  • Responsible, goal oriented and organized.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Confident, Proactive and willing to take on challenges.
  • Good listening skills.
