Develop and execute the overall marketing and communication strategy aligned with business objectives.

Strengthen brand positioning and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.

Lead market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to inform campaigns.

Digital & Content Marketing

• Oversee content planning and creation for website, blogs, social media, email, and campaigns.
• Manage end-to-end social media strategy, analytics, and community engagement.
• Ensure CXO-optimized content and coordinate with design teams for high-quality creative output.

Corporate Communications

• Manage internal and external communications, including press releases, thought-leadership articles, newsletters, and executive communication.
• Build and maintain media relationships; coordinate with PR agencies when needed.
• Support leadership with speech writing, event communication, and presentations.

Campaign Management

• Plan, launch, and measure integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
• Track campaign ROI and prepare performance reports with insights and recommendations.
• Work with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, HR) to ensure alignment.

Stakeholder & Team Leadership

• Collaborate closely with leadership to translate business goals into communication strategies.
• Manage vendors and agencies, ensuring timely and effective delivery of projects.
