Job Description

Primary Responsibilities

Work in close coordination with Marketing and New Project teams for new product development.
Ensure delivery of products that meet customer NVH targets.
Manage test facilities, laboratory resources, and technical equipment.
Review and analyze test results, technical reports, and laboratory documentation.
Support existing products through VA/VE initiatives, quality improvement, performance enhancement, and cost optimization.
Ensure compliance with ISO Laboratory Management Systems.
Drive skill development, competency building, and training initiatives within the team.
Liaise with external laboratories for specialized testing and validation.

Secondary Responsibilities

Lead and execute R&D projects focused on innovation, product development, and NVH solutions.
Perform hands-on laboratory testing, validation, and evaluation of new concepts, materials, and processes.
Conduct in-depth research to design innovative and commercially viable solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Design, Quality, Manufacturing) to integrate R&D outcomes into practical applications.
Document and publish technical papers, patents, and research articles in reputed journals and industry forums.
Stay abreast of emerging technologies, industry benchmarks, and best practices.
Promote a culture of innovation and contribute to strengthening organizational intellectual property.
