Job Description

Job Location: Jaisalmer, RJ/ Ratlam, MP

Mandatory: Wind Blade Manufactring experience.

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage breakdown maintenance activities to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
Oversee utility maintenance, machine maintenance, pneumatic system, hydraulic system, SLD (Single-Line Diagram) management, and TPM (Total Productive Maintenance).
Ensure effective spares planning and inventory control to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in maintenance processes.
Develop and implement strategies to increase overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) through predictive maintenance techniques.

Desired Candidate Profile

5-10 years of experience with B.Tech/B.E. Electrical degree.
Strong knowledge of SAP PM module for managing maintenance operations.
Proven track record of implementing Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) principles to improve plant efficiency.
