Job Description

The role of Assistant Manager, Loyalty & CRM at KFC in Sharjah, UAE involves shaping the customer engagement and retention strategy. You will be responsible for connecting store-level and user data to make informed business decisions, guiding the evolution of the loyalty program, and ensuring that CRM communications are in line with KFC's customer-first brand voice. The ideal candidate will possess commercial acumen, cross-functional influence, and experience in fast-paced, data-driven environments such as QSR, e-commerce, or food-tech. Your key responsibilities will include: Strategic CRM & Loyalty Planning: - Develop and implement targeted CRM campaigns for customer onboarding, retention, re-engagement, and win-back. - Utilize customer data to create highly granular segments for personalized experiences. - Monitor and analyze CRM campaign performance, customer churn rates, lifetime value (LTV), and engagement metrics. Loyalty Program Leadership: - Lead the evolution of KFC's loyalty program to deepen engagement and repeat transactions. - Design campaigns and initiatives to increase loyalty member engagement and satisfaction. - Manage the rewards catalog and redemption processes to enhance the value proposition for members. Insight & Data-Driven Decision Making: - Lead campaign measurements and analysis for strategic insights. - Translate complex datasets into actionable recommendations for leadership. - Monitor metrics such as CLV, churn, redemption, and campaign effectiveness. Creative & Cross-Functional Influence: - Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure messaging and design align with KFC's brand tone. - Build strong relationships with global and regional CRM/CDP partners. - Ensure CRM communications balance insight-led targeting with brand storytelling. Qualifications & Experience: - Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or related field. - 4-6 years of hands-on experience in CRM, loyalty marketing, or customer lifecycle management. - Proficiency in analytics tools and CRM platforms. - Demonstrated ability to translate data into strategy. - Experience briefing creative agencies and reviewing assets against brand guidelines. - Strong project management skills to handle multiple campaigns and stakeholders effectively.,
