Position -Assistant Manager -Legal

Job Location- Ahmedabad

Key Responsibilities

Draft, review, and vet legal documents, contracts, agreements, and policies to ensure compliance with applicable laws and organizational standards.
Maintain and update legal records, contracts database, and statutory compliance registers.
Provide legal support for day-to-day operations, including dispute resolution, notices, and correspondence.
Assist in managing litigation matters and liaise with external legal counsel.
Advise internal stakeholders on legal risks, contractual obligations, and compliance requirements.
Support internal audits, regulatory filings, and corporate governance activities.
Monitor changes in relevant laws and regulations, and ensure timely implementation of necessary changes.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of legal processes.
Supporting day-to-day legal housekeeping and process management.

Requirements:

Law graduate with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
Strong understanding of contracts, compliance, and corporate documentation
Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
