Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Uttar Pradesh, India for an Assistant Manager Learning & Development. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for organizing and conducting training sessions, developing training programs, supervising training staff, and ensuring high standards of customer service. The role involves collaborating with different departments to identify training needs and implementing strategies for employee development and performance improvements.

Qualifications

• Supervisory Skills and the ability to manage training staff
• Excellent Communication skills for effective training delivery and interaction with team members
• Experience in Training & Development, including creating and conducting training programs
• Strong Customer Service focus to ensure training aligns with hospitality standards
• Ability to work on-site in Uttar Pradesh, India
• Relevant degree or professional certifications in Training, Human Resources, or a related field is advantageous
• Proven experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
