Job Description

You should hold a Bachelors degree in a technical or quantitative field from an accredited college or university. A Masters or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Bioinformatics, Physics, Operations Research, or related fields is preferred. Additionally, you should have at least 7 years of relevant experience in Generative AI and NLP. Your background should include a strong mathematical foundation, enabling you to comprehend algorithms and methodologies from both a mathematical and intuitive perspective. Key Skills and Experience required for this role include excellent communication skills, stakeholder management abilities, and the capacity to translate problem statements into analytical approaches. Proficiency in Python programming is essential. You should possess robust experience in Machine Learning and forecasting, with a track record of working on actual projects for application purposes. Specialization in GenAI and NLP is crucial, including extensive knowledge in retrieval augmented generation and a proficient understanding of transformer architecture and traditional NLP techniques. Furthermore, you should be proficient in creating APIs for backend systems. A keen interest in research, staying updated with the latest advancements in GenAI, and a willingness to develop and experiment with your own approaches are highly valued for this role.,
