Assistant Manager - Internal Audit

As a Branch Auditor, your role involves planning and executing branch audits in alignment with the Risk Based audit plan. Your key responsibilities include: - Planning branch audits in consultation with the reporting manager - Executing branch audits with thorough pre-audit preparations - Completing audits within allotted time frames with comprehensive coverage - Identifying and highlighting material discrepancies for further action - Drafting accurate audit reports and delivering quality findings consistently - Following up with auditee branches and finalizing audit reports - Assigning Audit score and rating to each branch based on defined methodology - Adhering to defined Turnaround Time (TAT) for activities - Obtaining and preserving audit evidences for future reference - Adhering meticulously to instructions from reporting managers and Head office - Conducting Vendor Inspections and reporting findings - Performing data analysis at defined frequency to highlight alerts or red flags - Following up to ensure closure of reported audit observations - Preparing trackers for effective tracking of branch audit execution - Ensuring real-time update and availability of information as required Qualifications required for this role include: - Timely completion of Branch Audits as per plan - Adherence to TAT for draft and final report issuance - Independent execution and accurate reporting while maintaining quality - Focus on material aspects during audits - Timely updating of MIS for follow-up and closures - Liaising with relevant stakeholders to maintain good working relations If any additional details about the company are present in the job description, kindly provide for further insights.,
